REALGREEK APPAREL Online Sales Rep Program information and conditions

The Program

REALGREEK APPAREL COMPANY (RGA) has incorporated an innovative sales and marketing campaign. The concept is called the RGA Sales Rep Program. We are seeking nationwide online sales team to assist in our branding of RGA and capitalize financially on the hottest Greek and Masonic apparel line in the process. Individuals, Greek and Non Greek, chapters, districts, nationals, lodges, etc. can utilize the program, at no cost, to generate funds as a secondary income, fund raising opportunity or financial support of your particular program/cause/charity .

How it Works

The person/entity participating in the program will complete an application that will need to be faxed back to RGA, along with valid ID, selecting their online sales rep ID code. The rep can pass this code out freely to Greeks/Masons, or those individuals buying for the same, in the manner they feel most effective directing their customers to shop at www.realgreekapparel.com. The sales rep customers should be instructed to enter their reps code when completing the purchase in the ?Do you have a Sales Rep ID? box on the payment information screen. The codes are not case sensitive and can be entered in any fashion as long as it matches the rep ID in RGA? system.

The Benefit to you and your customers

Customers: As an official online RGA sales rep, you will be able to offer your potential customers 10% off their subtotal purchase price (not including tax and shipping charges). This discount will be calculated only by the customer entering your unique sales rep ID during the checkout process. If this ID is not entered during checkout your customer will not get a discount and will not be able to go back and re enter your code and you will not get credit for this sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
You: RGA will notify its sales reps in advance of the new lines coming to the website in order for them to take advantage of offering their customers a discount 30 days prior to items arriving online and allowing their customers first choice at purchasing new arrivals.

The Commission Structure and Payout

RGA offers its sales reps the opportunity to get paid 10% on online gross sales they are responsible for on a monthly basis from the customers that use their individual ID code. REALGREEK APPAREL will calculate at the end of each month the total number of sales the rep is responsible for and send a commission check for that amount to the representative.

The representative has the option to select if they would like an email sent to them after every transaction that has used their sales rep code* along with a monthly commission statement at the end of the month or a monthly commission statement provided at the end of the month only.

(* Please note that if you choose to elect to have an email sent to you after every transaction you will receive an email after every transaction to your email address listed on your application. i.e. if you are responsible for 50 sales in one month, you will receive 50 emails that month. If you are responsible for 1000 sales in a month you will receive 1000 emails that month representing each sale)

At the end of the year (Dec 31st), REALGREEK APPAREL will issue a 1099 income statement to the sales rep for tax purposes. (Please note yearly commissions have to total $500 or more in order to obtain a 1099)

Conditions

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Manipulation: RGA and SALES REP agree that neither of them will engage in any form of price manipulation.
2. RGA? Information / Items (a) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; (c) shall not infringe any third party?s rights of publicity or privacy; (d) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (e) shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (f) shall not be obscene or contain child pornography or if, otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, shall be posted only in the Mature Audiences section and shall be distributed only to people legally permitted to receive such content information; (h) shall not create liability for REALGREEK APPAREL or cause REALGREEK APPAREL to lose (in whole or in part) its services.

Term / Termination

1. This Agreement will be effective for an unspecified period of time following the Effective Date until terminated as provided in this section 3 or as rightfully terminated.
2. Either party may, at their option, terminate this Agreement effective the last day of the month giving the other party written notice thirty (30) days in advance.
3. Either party, at their option, terminate this Agreement and any outstanding, non-completed transaction if the other party breaches any material obligation under this Agreement, and such breach is not within thirty (30) days after written notice of the alleged breach.
Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, (a) each party will return, or certify as to the destruction of, all Confidential Information (as defined below) of the other party in its possession or control; (b) both parties will promptly pay payments due as of such termination or expiration.
5. If terminated within the month commissions are due, all commissions will be paid to the representative by the end of the month as scheduled.
