2. The most common error received during checkout is costumers using their current living address and/or ship to address as their main billing address. If you currently live on campus, renting an apartment during school or sending a gift to someone and the credit card you use is billed to a different address; you will receive an error message during checkout. Your billing address (where your monthly credit/debit card statement is received) must be the address listed as the main/billing address in your profile. You will have the ability in your profile to add addresses where you would like goods shipped to if different than your primary billing address.
   
   
3. If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm CST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day. All orders will be shipped UPS and a tracking number will be provided to the valid email address for order delivery confirmation.
   WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.
   
   
4. No, RGA does not customize. RGA is a fashion brand. Unlike most vendors, we do not make your product from existing blank goods once the purchase is made. RGA prides itself on designing high quality, latest fashion pieces in limited quantities so that Greeks and Masons make a fashion statement while representing their organization. Customers are free to customize their new product at their own risk.
   
   
5. Only items that have been purchased from the RGA website can be returned according to the following policy:
   1. Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping).
   2. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged or error in shipping occurred by RGA
   3. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of the invoice date.
   4. All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
   5. All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
   6. A copy of your invoice must accompany any return. If you do not have your invoice you can log into the website under your log in information view history and print previous orders.
   7. We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.
   8. Please note the item you are returning may be out of stock. We can only provide a refund. Shipping and handling cost will be charged on new orders.
   9. Unless a problem on an order was caused by RGA, shipping and handling charges will be billed to the customer. We always suggest viewing the size chart to ensure you have the proper size for yourself or someone you are buying a gift for or simply call RGA, we will be happy to answer any questions you have

7. As a benefit to the Greek community who registers and attends National, Regional, cluster and roundup meetings, RGA offers a discount to the members attending these functions, on site. RGA does not give a discount to a product purchased online at a particular price and later offered at a meeting for the special event price. This is a benefit to active members who attend these functions. THIS IS A STRICT RGA POLICY!
   
   
8. Yes, RGA offers group discounts on multiple purchases of the same item. PLEASE CALL THE MAIN OFFICE NUMBER TO DISCUSS GROUP DISCOUNT ORDERING
   
   
9. RGA uses UPS ground shipping on all orders. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number from RGA allowing you to track the arrival of your order. Most orders are received within three business days or less from the day the item is shipped. Due to the expensive nature of next day and overnight, RGA does not offer these shipping services.
   
   
10. Yes, RGA has developed a sales rep program which allows individuals and/or chapters to earn income/raise funds on a monthly basis. With the popularity of individual internet databases and online destinations such as Facebook and Myspace, RGA views the sales rep program as an excellent opportunity for a person to supplement their income. 11. Yes, RGA is always seeking Greek faces (Alumni, Grad and Undergrad) for models on the website. You can send your profile and photos to info@realgreekapparel.com If you currently use a modeling agency please advise the contact person (if not yourself) RGA works payments based on agreed hourly rates, or provides free apparel as compensation
